Breakfast was generous and staff were happy to help. Unbelievable hotel in Ipswich, absolutely gorgeous location minute walk from a british museum. The room was atmospheric, well stocked, and had gorgeous amenities. Professionalism from the whole staff. Had soft drinks in the terrace bar.

The stay was absolutely very comfortable. Fairly clean phenomenal accommodation with pleasant staff and perfect location at the centre. I enjoyed perfect decor of the queen room. The beds were lovely and the bathroom was spacious. Early check in, great prices. Reception was excellent.

Exceptionally clean place with good sized beds. My room was well laid out with WiFi, terrace and microwave. Staff were truly kind and provided terrific service. Restaurant was outdoor and reasonably priced.

suitable place for 1 night. room was spotlessly clean, and our stay was good. the whole staff was friendly. really enjoyed that there was the teapot with short-orders just next door to the venue, super convenient.

Very helpful staff and a very good location. Excellent place for visiting supermarket and shops close enough to the hotel. Also, a public park was at a short distance. It was attractive and competitive value for money.
